Modeling the fuel consumption of forwarders based on different log sizes and forwarding distances

The aim of the proposed study was to show fuel consumption various log skidders and create models for estimating different forwarders operating in cutting areas with tree size characteristics. Production tests forwarders' operation at have been carried out. In experimental studies, from countries were used. particular, forwarders: Amkodor-2682 (Belarus), Komatsu 840 (Japan), TB-1M-16A (Russia).To implement experiment estimate by forwarders, a volumetric method replenishing tank end machine's working cycle chosen. As result performed mathematical calculating on dimensional characteristics trees distances forwarding substantiated. They are necessary under conditions forwarders. results obtained confidence level 0.95. coefficients determination Amkodor-2682, 840, TB-1M-16, 0.81, 0.80 0.84, respectively. This shows high proportion influence object labor machines. use developed relationships will facilitate planning calculation costs equipment.
